Is there really no minimum order quantity?
Correct. Digital foiling, UV, and embossing need no physical dies or plates, so there is no tooling cost to amortise. You can order a single foiled business card to test a design, then reorder ten thousand with identical results.
How is digital foiling different from traditional hot foil stamping?
Hot foil stamping needs a custom metal die cut for each design, which adds cost and roughly a week of lead time before anything prints. Digital foiling applies foil directly from your artwork file. That means finer detail, gradients and photographic elements in foil, no die charge, and same-week turnaround.
Can I combine foiling, UV, and embossing on the same piece?
Yes, and it is where the best work happens. A common combination is a foiled logo, raised spot UV over imagery, and a blind emboss on the border. We separate each finish onto its own layer in prepress and proof them together on your chosen stock.
What files do you need from me?
Print-ready PDF, AI, or INDD with fonts outlined and 3mm bleed. Finishes should sit on named spot-colour layers. If you only have a logo or a rough idea, our design team can build the artwork and the dieline from scratch.
Do you design the packaging as well as print it?
We do both. Most clients come to us for the full path — brand identity, structural design, dieline, 3D mockup, then production. If you already have an approved design, we are happy to take it straight to press.
What is variable data printing used for?
Any run where each piece needs to differ: personalised names on invitations, serialised QR codes on packaging for authenticity, unique discount codes on labels, or numbered certificates. You send the dataset, we merge it into the layout.
Do you ship outside Dubai?
Yes. We produce in Dubai and deliver across the UAE and the wider GCC, with international shipping available on request. Lead times and freight are quoted with your proposal.
