We do not process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, religious, or political data) as defined under Article 1 of the UAE PDPL.

Where transfers are necessary for the performance of a contract or with your explicit consent, we will ensure that adequate protections apply before any transfer takes place.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice, or as required by UAE law (including commercial, tax, and regulatory record-keeping requirements).
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it. If immediate deletion is not possible (e.g., data stored in backup systems), we isolate it and restrict further processing until deletion is feasible.
8. How We Keep Your Information Safe
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures in line with Article 16 of the UAE PDPL, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit data to us at your own risk. If you suspect a security breach, please contact us immediately at info@mayratic.com.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals within the timeframes required by UAE PDPL and its Executive Regulations.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Under the UAE PDPL (Articles 13–19), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

- Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
