• What we collect: Names, email addresses, job titles, company info, and usage data you provide or that is automatically generated when using our Services.
• Sensitive data: We do not process sensitive personal data as defined under UAE PDPL.
• Third-party data: We do not purchase or obtain data from third-party brokers.
• Purpose: We process data to provide Services, communicate with you, and comply with applicable UAE law.
• Your rights: You may access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Information collected automatically:

• Log & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and feature interactions.
• Device Data: Device type, operating system, and system configuration.
• Location Data: Approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location without explicit consent.

We do not process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, religious, or political data) as defined under Article 1 of the UAE PDPL.

We use the personal data we collect to:

• Legal Obligation (Article 4): Where processing is required to comply with applicable UAE laws, regulatory requirements, or valid orders from competent UAE authorities.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels) to maintain security, save preferences, and analyse usage. We may also allow third-party analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to place cookies on our Services.

In accordance with Article 22 of the UAE PDPL, we only transfer personal data outside the UAE to countries or entities that provide an adequate level of protection, or where appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules approved by the UAE Data Office).

Where transfers are necessary for the performance of a contract or with your explicit consent, we will ensure that adequate protections apply before any transfer takes place.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice, or as required by UAE law (including commercial, tax, and regulatory record-keeping requirements).

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it. If immediate deletion is not possible (e.g., data stored in backup systems), we isolate it and restrict further processing until deletion is feasible.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures in line with Article 16 of the UAE PDPL, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit data to us at your own risk. If you suspect a security breach, please contact us immediately at info@mayratic.com.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals within the timeframes required by UAE PDPL and its Executive Regulations.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Under the UAE PDPL (Articles 13–19), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Right to Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

No uniform standard for Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals has been established. We do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a recognised standard is adopted that applies to us, we will update this notice accordingly.
