Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Mayratic platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mayratic FZ-LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Mayratic provides an AI-powered platform for businesses, offering services including but not limited to: custom AI systems, web and mobile application development, AI agents, automated workflows, and pre-built products such as Biscon and Casanostra.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3.1. Where account creation is required to use the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@mayratic.com.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. Mayratic reserves the right to terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

3.3. You may not share your account with others or allow third parties to access the Service through your credentials.

4.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable UAE laws, and any other relevant regulations.

4.2. You are solely responsible for all content, data, and activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates UAE federal or emirate-level laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to harm, defraud, or deceive any person or entity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4.3. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision.

5.1. The Service and all of its original content, features, functionality, branding, and underlying technology are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mayratic FZ-LLC. These are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. You retain full ownership of all data you provide or upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Mayratic a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, and display Your Data solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service for you. We will not use Your Data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5.3. You may not use Mayratic's name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by applicable UAE law or a competent authority.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@mayratic.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Mayratic FZ-LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mayratic in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
